Hyderabad: The Telangana Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (TGIIC) has achieved remarkable results through its e-auction of Plot No. P1 in Raidurg, generating Rs 1,386 crore from 5.25 acres of prime multi-use land.
Plot No. P1 was auctioned against a reserve price of Rs 175 crore per acre and achieved a final realisation of Rs 264 crore per acre, marking a 50.9 per cent premium over the reserve price, according to a release on Friday, August 21.
This outcome reflects the intensifying competition among premier developers and the market’s increasingly bullish outlook on Hyderabad’s strategic corridors, the release said.
TGIIC’s earlier auction fetched Rs 237 crore per acre in May 2026.
The auction was conducted through the MSTC e-Auction platform with JLL (Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated) serving as exclusive transaction advisor, ensuring transparency, and enabling competitive participation from leading national developers.
Speaking on the occasion, Vice Chairman and Managing Director of TGIIC, K. Shashanka, said, “The successful outcome of the Plot P1 auction speaks volumes about the confidence and conviction that the developer community places in Telangana’s future. What we’re witnessing is not just strong pricing but a clear endorsement of the state’s development philosophy—one rooted in transparency, infrastructure excellence, and creating genuine value for all stakeholders.”
It is alleged that the land is a disputed Jamia Nizamia Waqf property.
