Leveraging Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service, the company has introduced its enhanced chat automation tailored for e-commerce. According to LimeChat, this technology is designed to provide an enhanced, efficient, secure, and personalised customer service experience, marking a new chapter in support solutions.
