Hyderabad: In an incident reported from Mangalagiri on Friday a woman allegedly died by suicide allegedly following a dispute with her husband, who she had met on social media.
The victim identified as 21-year-old Kandula Samantha is a resident of Vivers colony in Mangalagiri’s Tadepalli Corporation. She met Naveen, a native of Tanuku on Facebook, and began a relationship following which the couple got married.
However, five months after the marriage tensions arose between the couple due to which Samatha returned to her native place Mangalagiri.
Upset over the tensions with Naveen, she took the extreme step. The Magalagiri police have registered a case, and an investigation has been initiated.
