Jaipur: Police arrested fourth accused in Rakbar Khan Lynching case. He is identified as Vijay (34), a resident of Lalawandi village of Alwar district. \n\n\n\nAccording to the report published in Hindustan Times, Alwar Police Superintendent, Paris Deshmukh said that Vijay was arrested from Jaipur. \n\n\n\nThe other three accused in the case\nare Dharmendra Yadav, Naresh Singh, and Paramjeet Singh.\n\n\n\nIt may be mentioned that Rakbar\nKhan, a resident of Haryana and his friend Aslam, were transporting two cows to\nKolgaon through a forest area when the mob had attacked them thinking they were\ntaking the animals for slaughter. While his friend Aslam managed to survive as\nhe hid in the fields, Rakbar Khan died.
